Grapes : 30% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot.
Soil : large pebbles on the surface and subsurface of sandy limestone.
Tasting Notes : Carefully selected grapes from our Céros & Toulenne vineyards which are found in the south of the Graves appellation. These are fine wines combining body with finesse.
Distinguished by a remarkable freshness and offering a marvelous fruit bouquet with toasted notes derived from barrel ageing. A good minerality defines it as a true product of the Graves terroir.
Food & wine : a good accompaniment to roasts and game especially but will go well with all meats and cheeses.
When to drink : 6 to 8 years
Serve at 18°, preferably open the bottle or decant approximately 4 hours before serving.
